Joining the Orchestra

The Orchestra aims to perform to the highest standards of musicianship, and most of our players come to us as highly competent classical musicians with previous orchestral experience.

Vacancies do arise from time to time, and we are always interested in hearing from potential players of a good standard. We also operate a list of "extra" players that we can call on for individual concerts when necessary.

The Orchestra rehearses on Thursday evenings in term time, at Emmanuel Church in Loughborough. You can join the Orchestra for free and try it out for a term, then becoming a member of the Orchestra is subject to a reasonable annual subscription.
